What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, through PayPal.  We do not extend terms.

Do you offer wholesale or quantity discounts?

For wholesale inquiry, please click "Wholesale" on the tool bar.

The quantity discount for the retail customer are as follows:

• 5%  off your purchase if you spend $100.00 - $299.99
  
• 10% off your purchase if you spend $300.00 +
  
  
  

When will my order ship?

We ship most orders within 1-5 business days.  If the items you ordered are not available, you will be notified by email.  We don't take back orders.

How is my order shipped?

Shipping is based on the weight of your order and will be calculated during checkout.  We charge only the actual shipping cost, with no added fees, and try to save you money whenever possible. For example, we won't ship your order in a flat rate box if it could fit in the less-expensive flat rate envelope. Any difference between the shipping amount you are charged and the actual shipping cost will be refunded.

You can choose from the following options:

• USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation
• USPS Express Mail
• USPS Express International
  

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer USPS International Express Mail. Your shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. If there is a large discrepancy in shipping costs charged and what it actually costs to ship we will contact you by email or phone regarding the issue.

Please keep customs in mind.

For time concerns: We process and ship packages within the average of 1 to 5 days after receiving the order. Once we ship the package, time delays due to customs are out of our hands. If you are ordering internationally and time is a concern, please choose USPS International Express Mail option when you check out.

For import tax concerns: To comply with international shipping laws, we ship our packages marked with the customs CN 22 form that declares the contents as merchandise with its appropriate value. Any import taxes that customs may charge you are out of our hands and are part of importing goods from another country. We will not cover customs fees to orders shipped outside of the US. We cannot calculate customs fees for your area, please contact your local customs office to determine what fees might be charged to you. We will not accept returns of packages sent back because the recipient refuses to pay the customs fees. Please be aware of what customs fees might apply to you.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We want you to be happy with your order. We will accept returns except bezels, wires and chains within 10 business days of unused merchandise in re-sellable condition. Email us at info@ezelfindings.com for return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returns after inspecting the merchandise, or if no proper returning authorization was made. If your return is accepted, we will process your refund. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied, and shipping charges are non refundable. For credit card purchases we will credit your charge card for the amount minus shipping charges and the restocking fee. If you paid with a check or money order we will issue a refund check within 30 days for the amount minus shipping charges and restocking fee. No exceptions, please!  The CZs in our findings are set in one by one by hand.  Because of the nature of the work process, it is possible to have missing CZs sometimes.  Please return defective items for exchange and we will reimburse the postage. We will be happy to exchange any defective ones.  We will guarantee the quality of our findings.

All the designs in this catalog are our own intellectual properties.  The bezel wire is patented in South Korea, and patent pending in the US.  It is illegal to copy all or any part of a patented piece. You may not reproduce our designs, but you can incorporate our components into your work in any way you wish and resell the completed jewelry under a private label.

Our Plating

Rhodium plating: 3 mil. white rhodium plating.
Gold plating: 10 mil. We started with 14 karat gold plating, and now we are changing to 18karat gold plating.
Black rhodium plating: 3 mil. black rhodium plating.

*Note: 3 mil. rhodium and 10 mil 14 karat gold are equivalent.

* a mil, is the verbalized abbreviation for "thousandth(s) of an inch." It is a unit of length equal to 0.001 inch.

What is rhodium?

Rhodium is a hard silvery white metal that is highly reflective, which makes it ideal to use for plating on other alloy metal. Rhodium, like gold is a pure metal. It does not tarnish or oxidize. Also, it is hypoallergenic.
